A purposeful and rational designer with more than 10+ years of experience currently working as a Lead UX Designer. I look for shapes via designing with empathy and being data-driven. Using a blend of science and innovation in my creative process, I've generated significant creative solutions for a variety of sectors throughout the years. My speciality in user research benefits from my prior knowledge of psychology, and I apply design thinking methods to goods and services in order to innovate across domains. I've led mixed-methods user research on more than 20 projects, interviewing around 25 - 200 different users (personas), including end-users and stakeholders, to better understand the user's unmet needs and to design and validate need-based digital solutions.

Crafting a design strategy, developing profiles and personas, conducting field studies, employing complementary data gathering methods, scenario and task analysis, primary noun architecture, and information architecture.
Designing usability tests, conducting early and advanced prototype tests, analyzing and reporting findings, remote testing, live site analysis, and evaluation using Jacob's Ten Usability Heuristics.
I follow a design thinking iterative approach that is deeply collaborative with both clients and their users.
Designing for digital products differs significantly from designing physical ones. Unlike physical products, digital ones offer the advantage of easy monitoring of effectiveness and adaptability with minimal costs. This allows us to discern what works and what doesn’t, necessitating a mindset geared towards constant learning and experimentation.
