Fixing WhatsApp Payment's UX Problem

I recently registered for Whatsapp Payments, after a while creating/adding my Payment method, I discovered a UX problem. In this article I will showcase my design changes on fixing them.

New Payment

Problem:There is two CTA "New Payment" and "Add New Payment Method" clicking on both leads to Select Your Bank page. The expectation is clicking on New payment should lead to contacts where user should be able make payment

Solution:Clicking on "New Payment" should lead to list of contact where user would be able select contact and send money!


No offence to WhatsApp design team. These are just some Problem that I faced and wish to be changed.
